No — they are guide prices. Your fare may vary depending on your pickup address, destination, date, time and journey requirements, so please contact us to confirm it before booking. Local metered journeys follow Brighton & Hove City Council tariffs.
How long is a quoted fare valid?
A quote that has not been booked is valid for 24 hours. Once we have confirmed your booking, the price is binding.
Do you charge for waiting time?
The first 5 minutes of waiting are free, after which waiting is charged at 40p per minute. For airport pick-ups, the first 60 minutes from the time your flight lands are free, and you can ask for longer when you book.
Will the fare change if my flight is delayed?
No. We track your flight and there is no additional charge for flight delays.
What if I need an extra stop on the way?
Fares are quoted for a direct journey. Diversions and additional pick-ups or set-downs carry a minimum charge of £5 each, so tell us about them when you book and we will include them in your price.
